Helpful Notes
Order One Kit for Each Opening
Each screen kit is designed to complete one individual opening. If your porch, patio, or underdeck area has multiple openings between posts or columns, order a separate kit for each opening you plan to screen.
Choose the Kit That Covers Your Opening Size
Kits are available for openings up to:
- 8' × 10'
- 10' × 10'
- 10' × 12'
Choose a kit that is large enough to cover the full width and height of your opening.
Cut to Fit Your Exact Opening
The aluminum extrusions, polyester screen, and spline are supplied to accommodate the selected kit size and are cut to fit during installation. Your opening does not need to exactly match the listed kit dimensions.
100% Polyester Screen
Each kit includes durable vinyl-coated 100% polyester screen, providing a stronger, longer-lasting screen material than traditional fiberglass screening.
Complete Matched System
The aluminum framing, polyester screen, .290 flat spline, mounting screws, and exterior caulk are selected to work together as part of the National Screen System, eliminating the guesswork of matching compatible components.
EZ Roller Tool Required
The National Screen Supply EZ Roller Screen Tool is required for installing the flat spline and is sold separately. One tool can be reused when installing multiple screen kits.
Basic Installation Tools Are Still Needed
Standard hand and power tools will be required to measure, cut, fasten, and assemble the screen framing.

Measure Each Opening Separately
Openings within the same enclosure are not always identical. Measure the width and height of each individual opening before ordering to ensure you select the correct kit size for each one.
