OASITek Underdecks ships nationwide throughout the United States. Due to the size and weight of aluminum system components, many shipments are classified as freight.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order received. Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Freight Shipments (Oversized Items)
Most full systems and large components ship via freight carrier.
Curbside Delivery Only
All freight shipments are delivered curbside only.
- Delivery is made to the end of the driveway or nearest accessible curb.
- Drivers are not responsible for moving materials into garages, homes, backyards, or job sites.
- The customer is responsible for unloading materials upon delivery.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.
- Visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
- Photographs should be taken immediately.
- Damage claims must be reported within 5 business days.
Failure to properly document damage at delivery may limit claim eligibility.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or incorporated into product pricing where applicable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Delivery Delays
OASITek is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Freight carriers
- Weather conditions
- Labor shortages
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Address corrections
- Re-delivery attempts
- Storage fees
- Returned freight shipments
