OASITek Underdecks manufactures precision aluminum underdeck systems and components. Due to the material nature and freight classification of our products, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.
30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery date, as verified by carrier tracking records.
Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for approval.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unopened
- Remain in original factory-sealed packaging
- Be in resalable condition
- Show no signs of installation, cutting, modification, or damage
Products that have been opened, installed, altered, or used are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers inspection, handling, administrative processing, and inventory reintegration.
Return Shipping Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight for oversized shipments.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
- OASITek does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Freight returns must be properly palletized and packaged to prevent damage in transit.
We strongly recommend using insured and trackable freight services.
Responsibility for Return Transit Damage
The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage that occurs during return transit.
OASITek is not responsible for:
- Freight damage during return shipment
- Improper packaging of returned items
- Lost or misdirected return shipments
Refunds may be reduced or denied if returned merchandise arrives damaged or in unsellable condition.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- The 15% restocking fee will be deducted
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection approval
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or partially installed systems
- Cut or modified aluminum panels
- Custom or special-order components
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items
- Products damaged after delivery
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect all shipments upon delivery
- Note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt
- Take photographs of packaging and product
- Notify OASITek within 5 business days of delivery
Failure to properly document freight damage at delivery may limit resolution options.

All returns require prior written authorization.
