Welcome to OASITek Underdecks (“OASITek,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). OASITek is the DIY aluminum underdeck product line developed by Magnolia Underdecks.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OASITekUnderdecks.com, including all purchases, services, and interactions with our website. By accessing this website or purchasing products from OASITek, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use this website.


ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete


PRODUCTS & SERVICES

OASITek manufactures and distributes aluminum underdeck systems and related accessories.

  • All systems are sold as DIY installation kits unless otherwise specified.
  • Installation services are not included unless separately contracted in writing.
  • Product specifications, colors, and finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances or digital display variations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.


PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

OASITek reserves the right to:

  • Adjust pricing at any time
  • Correct typographical or pricing errors
  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies

Payment must be received in full before products are released for shipment.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Freight shipments are curbside delivery only, unless otherwise specified
  • You are responsible for unloading
  • You must inspect materials upon delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • The 30-day return window
  • The 15% restocking fee
  • Buyer-paid return shipping
  • Responsibility for return transit damage


INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

OASITek products are sold strictly as DIY installation systems.

OASITek does not provide installation services.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for:

  • Accurate measurements
  • Structural suitability
  • Compliance with local building codes and permitting requirements
  • Electrical compliance
  • Safe installation practices

Improper installation voids eligibility for return and may affect any applicable product warranty.


INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

From time to time, customers may choose to engage independent contractors who are certified or affiliated with Magnolia Underdecks.

Any such contractors:

  • Are independent third parties
  • Are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of OASITek
  • Are not acting on behalf of OASITek
  • Operate under separate agreements directly with the customer

OASITek does not supervise, control, or assume responsibility for the work performed by independent contractors.

Any installation agreements, warranties, liabilities, or disputes related to installation services are strictly between the customer and the contractor.

OASITek disclaims all liability arising from or related to third-party installation services.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • OASITek disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

No oral statements, recommendations, installation guidance, or third-party contractor referrals create any warranty or liability beyond what is expressly stated in writing.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OASITek shall not be liable for:

  • Installation errors
  • Structural failures
  • Code violations
  • Labor costs
  • Removal or reinstallation expenses
  • Third-party contractor performance
  • Indirect or consequential damages

In all cases, OASITek’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.


INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OASITek and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Improper installation
  • Use of third-party contractors
  • Failure to comply with building codes
  • Misuse of products
  • Violation of these Terms


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including:

  • Logos
  • Product designs
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Text
  • Engineering concepts

are the property of OASITek and/or Magnolia Underdecks and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website may contain links to third-party websites. OASITek is not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.


FORCE MAJEURE

OASITek shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disputes
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Government actions


GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within that state.


SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

OASITek reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by revising the Effective Date.
